So here I am. And this is the beginning of what could be a great adventure. Vermont Specialties will be concentrating on all of the wonderful food specialties created by hardworking entrepreneurs. So many make amazing food products but there is something lacking. I am going to bring all of them together in monthly subscription boxes with details about each company and how they got started. Each month there will be a minimum of 4 items in each box. Each month will have a theme. Certain times of the year we will have a second box showcasing different holidays or special events.
